Ingredients

  • 100g raw almonds
  • 100g pecan nuts
  • 100g cashew nuts
  • 6 soft dried dates
  • ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 100g apples, sliced lengthways
  • A handful of raspberries

Instructions

  1. Place the almonds, pecan nuts and cashew nuts in a blender and whizz until finely ground. Then add in the dates and cinnamon and blend them to ensure a thorough and even mix. Add 4 tablespoons of water and blend again to combine the mixture.
  2. Divide the mixture between four loose bottomed tartlet cases and press down. Dress with slices of apple and top with a raspberry
