  • 1/2 C. chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 (29 oz.) can diced tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 6 C. chicken broth
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground cayenne pepper
  • 5 boneless chicken breast halves, cooked
